The location was outstanding. Minutes walk to the key villages and the transportation center. Terrific facilities. Calm atmosphere. Great for our couples mini break. We found the games room on our last morning.

The facilities, including the beautiful spa, outdoor hot tubs, fruit-infused water around the hotel and fresh cookies delivered every night with turn-down service were exceptional. The in-room fireplace and friendly concierge were a cherry on top of this whole unforgettable experience. The hotel is also perfectly located in the beautiful Vail village.

Absolutely loved everything. They even give you homemade cookies every night. The location is perfection and definitely one of the nicest hotels in vail, if not the nicest. Upgraded us upon arrival. The ski concierge is unbelievable and so convenient. More hotels definitely need to do what this hotel does and offers. We travel to 5 star hotels all over the world and this one definitely stuck out.

We loved the location. Architecturally the hotel is extraordinary. The authenticity is 100 percent. This is as close to Bavaria as one can get.

Everything was beautiful and decorated with the charm of Bavarian styling with an edge of Western art on the walls in our room. The service was highly exceptional. We were their royal guests.

Anna at check-in was FABULOUS extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She’s an asset to your property for certain. Breakfast in Ludwig’s was a real treat - excellent! Loved our stay!

The employees were very kind and ready to help. The hotel is great, very comfortable with a great bed and bathroom. Ps: the concierges and the valet (Andy) are kind and helpful.

Great location in vail village, and super attentive staff throughout the property. Especially the warm greeting from the valet team and hotel reception.
